El Greco

Like I was telling you in my travel article, there many cute restaurants next to Agia Pelagia's beach. El Greco is part of them. I tasted for the first time "Chiken Souvlaki", a Greek speciality. I confess that after that I ate this almost the entire week.

The Home

Little restaurant where we ate a salad after our arrival there. It was late, so it was the only open restaurant we found.

Taverna Cochili (Traditional Food, Fresh Fish)

This restaurant is one of the restaurant I told you in the first paragraph. The owner was very kind and welcoming. Also there, I ate the "Chiken Souvlaki" and I think that it was the best I ate during my holidays.

We went in other restaurants, but I don't remember the names. In addition, I almost ate Chicken Souvlaki everywhere, so the taste changes a bit but not a lot. We often took the famous Greek salad.

Nice restaurant with a nice terrace next to the water, we were there only to drink something, but it ended up our journey well.

Psssst ... I have a secret

Oh I have to tell you a little secret! But act like if you didn't know it. Never order dessert it is useless. In every restaurants we have been to, except in Heraklion, we received a little dessert from their specialties and a small digestive that is called "Raki", it is grape based, but it is pretty strong!
